The Black Order

The Black Order is an alliance that was formed by Kalmora Saito before his death. After his death, Suzume Tanaka, the last known Quincy took over as its leader with new ideas in mind. In this alliance, Suzume searches for other Quincy in order to form a Quincy Alliance, which, of course is known as "The Black Order".


The purpose of the Black Order is to destroy any hollows that members come across; and to get stronger together as an alliance of Quincies. In order to get stronger, they fight as many hollows as they can, to one day declare War on the God-King of Hueco Mundo. In order to do so, each member must get stronger significantly as they join. The Black Order welcomes races of all kinds with skills of any rank. Whether you're new to combat and don't know how to defend yourself, or are a prodigy at swordsmanship, together, the Black Order will grow as a family, to improve areas to high extents to help those become great warriors.


Class and Ranks

Each member of the Black Order is known as an "Exorsist".

The Leader of The Black Order is just known as "The Final Exorsist".

Next, there are 5 Generals. They are known as the General Exorsists. They are the most active Exorsists and are the strongest. Their sync level with their Anti-Hollow weapon exeeds 100%.

The next Level are High-Classed Exorsists. These members are more expirienced Exorsists. Their sync level with their Anti-Hollow weapon is from 70-100%.

The last level are Low-Classed Exorsists. These are members who join the Alliance and work their way up to become higher members. Their sync level with their Anti-Hollow weapon is 69% or lower.

Seekers are not known as Exorsists, but they are very critical to Black Order missions. The job of a seeker is to follow Exorsists in their missions to help with communicating and figuring out clues. Most seekers are known as the "Knowledge" of the squad. Their job is to stand guard, find clues, and report to the Black Order quickly when necessary.
Seekers do not carry weapons of Exorsists, but they are allowed to weild any weapon they like, it does not carry Pure Matter in it though.
The reason that Seekers are not exorsists is because the Pure Matter rejected them as users.

Weapons

Each exorsist is to choose a weapon of their own liking. For Quincies, their bows.

In each weapon/power the Exorisist possesses, there will be a special stone known as "Pure Matter" within it. It will boost your spiritual energy and works well to excessively kill hollows. With each hollow kill, the weapon gets a very small ammount stronger. Pure Matter is complete matter manifested with god particle. It is only for the use of good and peace. If someone with Pure Matter in their weapon were to betray the order, immediately, the Pure Matter would then reject the user and attempt to kill him, or take off his limb he uses to fight with.
A weapon possessing pure matter is known as an "Anti-Hollow" weapon.


For Quincies, they will get a special glove that has a bit of this pure matter within it.

Users do not choose the Pure Matter though. Pure Matter is the very innocence of god and chooses the Exorsist. If they feel the heart is pure enough, it will then connect with the user. If it cannot sync with you though, it does not mean you are a horrible person; it means you are tempted easily. If you mentally strengthen yourself, one day it may choose you.

Uniforms
Each rank has its own color for uniforms.

Leader:
The leader goes along with each ranking as well. She will wear the upper-class Exorsist uniform.

General: Colors: Black and Yellow

Seekers do not wear Black Order uniforms, but rather black, tan, gray, or white cloaks. Either color is necessary, as long as it is solid with no logos.
