Personality: Despite his division being the most blood-thirsty squad of the Gotei 13, the 11th Division have their own code of ethics, which is different from the rules and regulation of Soul Society.

Despite his tendency to be brutal, Kurokon usually stops a fight if his opponent is too injured to fight back, claiming that he isn't interested in fighting "weaklings who can't fight anymore; nor is he obligated to deal a death blow to anyone who isn't capable of fighting any longer". However, he will unhesitatingly kill his opponent if they refuse to end their fight.

Kurokon also strongly believes that fun comes before working. In every battle, he tries to get as much enjoyment out of it as possible. He doesn't have a particularly favorite dish, but he particularly hates sushi.

It seems that Kurokon sometimes contradicts his own logic in fighting. On the one hand, Kurokon wishes to increase his own personal power. On the other hand, he conceals his strength to enjoy a fight for as long as possible.

Kurokon is also a laid back and flamboyant man, and he is rarely seen without a smile on his lips. In his off time, he can be seen drinking sake in bars and training. He likes steamed buns that go with sake. Other times, he likes to chase after women. Teasing is a part of his personality. He generally refers to his fellow captains and Shinigami by their first name followed by an honorific. Kurokon doesn't wish to insult opponents by refusing to fight. The slightly eccentric Kurokon also seems to like making an impression on opponents. He also dislikes taking the life of innocent people.

He refuses to fight with children or even in the presence of a child. He always maintains a semblance of respect for his opponent and is polite in combat situations and prefers to fight one on one. Even when fighting powerful opponents, he never loses his cool, going as far as to make small talk and joke around with his opponents.

Despite being one of the strongest and oldest captains, Kurokon retains a level of humbleness and isn't overly arrogant about his strength.

Background Information
History: In his life he was a royal guard for Emporer Xiànzōng. The Emporer had heard of an Island said to be peaceful and decided to see it for himself. He traveled east, landing in japan with his five bodyguards. They were attacked by bandits and the other four body guards died, one of wounds, and the rest in the fight. Desperate for help The emporer and he went to the nearest town and searched for a ship, luckily the town was also a port, so they found it rather quick. They left heading back to china, when the emporer betrayed him, because he thought he was going to assasinate him. A small army of twenty attacked him, all of the samurai. Now he wasnt the Emporer's body guard for nothing as he was able to take down ten of them but eventually got too tired to keep fighting. He knew he had only one chance and jumped overboard.
He was found by a woman on a small island and rescued. He eventually woke up and mistook her for an angel. They were eventually wed and happy, but the emporer, trying not to have lose ends, captured and killed his new wife, luring him out. The emporer had fifteen samurai, he guessed the ruler of Japan was friends with Xiànzōng and didnt think much of it. He took most of them down easily but fell to a stab wound in his left lung. He saw his own body and knew he was dead. He walked around and started seeing giant demons. He attacked them and killed a few, before a man in a black robe with a katana found him and hit him on the head with the back of his katana.
He had learned later that he was a soul, a dead man wandering around Rukongai for years, by ten years shinigami had come to the district, looking for new recruits. One of the shinigami smart mouthed him about his low reiatsu when he volunteered for training. He had taken a broom from the corner of the room, and beat the shinigami with it. He hadnt learned that this shinigami was an arrogant seventh seat of squad eleven. When the captain learned of this, he ordered his men to bring the man who did this to him. When confronted by the squad eleven group, he put up an enormous fight, due to a small understanding. He had beaten the lower ranks of the squad before finally the luitenant explained to him what this was truly about. He agreed to meet the captain. When he met the captain he was offered the very rank of the highest ranked person he beat. He had earned the seventh seat in squad eleven. However Yamamoto, the CC at teh time ordered him to attend at least one year in the shinigami academy. He had agreed, otherwise he would not be a shinigami. In the year, he learned much about reiatsu and other abilities shinigami had. He had learned no kido, as he did not have enough reiatsu to do much. He had mostly burte strength and speed, packed with intelligence and strategic genuis, he was perfect for squad eleven. He eventually went up through the ranks, and when his captain died he took his place, after learning bankai, since that was the only other way to rank up. He has since been known for his energy abilities, and speed and strength.

Shikai Abilitie(s)//Appearance: Kurokon has the ability, in shikai, to control fire and lightning, almost perfectly, although it takes alot of concentration to make the fire change its natural shape. He naturally gains a resistance to fire and lightning, as such, normal fire would be nothing to him, and he is highly resistant to electricity. Kurokon, due to his immense strength, is always in shikai form. (same appearance as sealed zanpokuto)
Bankai Name(s): Teshimo Shekkeikegan
Bankai Abilitie(s)//Appearance: While in Bankai Kurokon cannot be harmed by heat or electricity caused by either natural causes, such as a lighter, or by someone with less reiatsu. He can now fully control the fire and lightning with incredible range, going up to one hundred feet, and it becomes as fast as he is. His fire also begins to become as hot as lava, while still remaining fire, and his lightning becomes as powerful as one tenth of a lightning ball.

Add a bit more to your personality, for one.

Two, your Shikai, lessen it. Being able to do such in just Shikai is... really amazing. 300 Farenheit does nothing to do, and the thing about electrocution... Put some drawbacks to controling the fire and lightning, and lessen the extent in which you can control it.

And for Bankai, remove the part where it cant hurt you at all. That's just unreasonable. You will get hurt if someone's reiatsu is higher than yours. If anything, you have the ability to redirect it somehow, but even so, that wont be easy and will take concentration or it should/will backfire.
