Aemi stood at the edge of the white desert, looking out into the horizon of the moonscape. She was on the edge of a dune that was well about a mile away from Las Noches, so she wondered if anyone had followed her. Waiting patiently for the sounds of the desert to quiet down, she sighed, letting the wind blow against her hair, which shadowed over her eyes.
Aemi was standing on the dune very quietly, her arms crossed over her chest, allowing her coat to cover most of her body because of the chilliness. She looked off to the side horizon, her bright blue eyes seeming to look rather pale against the moonlight. She could see the ruins of a near by battle scene from centuries ago. Having a solemn expression, she continued to look in that general direction, just enjoying the silence, though she felt a deep loneliness within her. She had never felt more alone she thought.
